Year 4 have been busy helping out Paddington and the Brown family. Paddington has been asked to re-join the circus as they continue performing in Italy. Unfortunately Paddington being Paddington, on an excursion to a beautiful church, crashed into a statue and knocked it over smashing it to smithereens. As a result, we are trying very hard to develop our sculpture skills so Paddington can replace the broken art work. We have investigated two sculpturers, Rodin and Henry Moore for inspiration and we have practised our extrusion and our impression techniques when using clay. Soon we will be ready to start our master pieces.
