In Year 1, to celebrate Easter we have been creating stamps in the shapes of Easter eggs. We created a design for our eggs and then used art straws, cardboard and PVA glue to create our stamp. After we painted the art straws and pressed down the stamp onto paper. They made very effective prints.
We have also been busy making our Easter cards which got a little messy when we had to paint our hands. We hope you enjoy receiving them.
Our Paul at Home assemblies over the last few weeks have focused on the Easter story and the life, death and resurrections of Jesus. We always enjoy the Paul assemblies as we love to watch the different characters help him to tell the story.
