Reception have been learning about three different traditional tales this half-term; 'The Gingerbread Man', 'Three Billy Goats Gruff' and 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.
We have been retelling the stories through acting them out, using puppets and have been writing the different stories. We also explored changing the stories to make them our own by changing the different characters.
We have enjoyed growing beanstalks, helping to make new bridges for the Billy Goats Gruff and have been making our own gingerbread men using different materials.
We have enjoyed receiving letters from the different characters and have been working hard to help them with different challenges and problems.
