Reception had special visitors from National Grid who came to teach us about different sources of energy and where electricity comes from.
We pretended to pass the electricity (a ball) downthe wire (line) to light up the house.
We found out some of the jobs in the National Grid and thought about ways to save energy.
We found out that some sources of energy are renewable and some are not and thought about ways we can save energy to protect the planet.
