After a wonderful start to our school year Reception was astonished to find a crashed space rocket in their garden!
After investigating the rocket they found a note from its inhabitant. Apparently, Zorp had crash landed when he wanted to take a closer look at Oak Hill First School.
Reception thought that Zorp needed help to repair his space rocket and set about repairing it. They also created their own aliens and space ships.
In our writing we drew and labelled aliens with body parts.
Using Crazy Creature Body Parts, Reception made some amazing aliens. Zorp could look like any of these!
So far Reception have had a great time learning all about Zorp and are looking forward to see what happens next.
