Nursery children have been busy this week.
We have been enjoying the outdoors collecting some of the many acorns that have started to fall in our garden...soon the leaves will start falling too- we're looking forward to crunching and crashing through those (not sure our Site Supervisor, Mr Spicer, is going to be so keen!!)
We have also had fun in the water exploring filling and emptying different containers...a great opportunity for our language to develop as well as our fine motor skills.
Indoors we have had the train tracks out and the dinosaurs look like being a firm favourite this year!
In our Family Group times we have been talking about ourselves- our favourite colour, food, toy and any pets we own, finding out more about our new friends. We have also been playing listening games and singing songs.
